I finally tried out some toe shoes and have to say that from the very first time I put these on, I fell in love with them. I wore the toe shoes on and off for a couple of days and the more I used them, the more I liked them. After about a week of walking with them, I finally started running in them. Although I was feeling pain because I havent run in ages, what I did notice right away was that my running form improved dramatically. I was amazed that my feet no longer pounded on the hard pavement surface as my feet and toes were free to move around and were not as restricted as they were from wearing normal running shoes.
